No physical items are shipped.

After completing your payment, your digital files become available for immediate download.

 

3. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Downloads

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and expressly agree that:

  • the download begins immediately after payment,
  • the product cannot be returned,
  • and therefore the legal right of withdrawal does not apply.

All sales of digital goods are final.

 

4. License & Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital files for private use only.

You may not:

  • resell, share, redistribute, or give access to the files
  • modify and claim them as your own work
  • use them commercially without written permission

Violations will be pursued according to applicable copyright law.

 

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

Your order is confirmed once the payment has been successfully completed.

 

6. Access to Digital Downloads

You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your files.

If you lose access, we are happy to assist – simply contact us with your order number.

Moana Australia is not responsible for:

Digital products may not work on outdated software or unsupported devices.

We may occasionally update or improve our digital products.

When reasonable, customers will receive updated versions at no additional cost.

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.

Any disputes shall be handled in the competent courts of Australia.
